Children

At First Presbyterian Church, we love to hear children running through our hallways, coming to the front of worship for the Word to the Children, and hearing them sing in our children’s choirs! Ministry to children is a vital part of what we do!

When your child comes to First Pres., we will provide a welcoming and nurturing community where they can grow spiritually. We cherish our little ones by providing a safe and comforting environment where parents can feel secure about leaving their children.

do y’all have a nursery on sunday mornings?

Yes! Our Nursery offers loving care to Infants through the age of 5 years. The Nursery is located just outside the 2nd floor elevator.

so what all do y’all have going on for children? and who can i contact?

While there is not currently children’s Sunday school on Sunday mornings, we do have Kairos Kids on Wednesday nights at 5:45! There they will be fed — literally and spiritually — and they will play hard!!! Children do receive worship bags to peruse during Sunday morning worship, as well!
